Transition weather has always been tricky for me. On this particular weekend, we had expected cooler temperatures but were instead greeted with a much warmer and humid evening. We had originally planned to visit the Chattahoochee River from the Chattahoochee Coffee Company. Unfortunately, the lawn was closed for maintenance, resulting in a detour into the woods where we befriended numerous mosquitoes.
Anticipating cooler temperatures, I wore a cropped tee over a slightly dressier maxi to dress it down. I opted for solid colors over prints to minimize conflict with any rushing rivers, which also worked in our favor once we retreated into the woods.
